  Rundle House sitemap.

  Two URLs, deliberately. This is a single-page site: #availability, #tour, #gallery,
#location and #faq are anchors on "/", not separate pages, so listing them would be
wrong. /admin is excluded on purpose (it is also disallowed in robots.txt).

The point of this file is not discovery — Google already indexes both pages. It is
<lastmod> on "/", because the available suites and their rents change as units lease
and Google's indexed copy has run as much as a week behind reality. Bump the "/"
lastmod whenever availability changes materially. Google treats lastmod as a hint,
not an instruction, so this makes a stale index less likely rather than impossible.

  Replaces https://rundlehouse.ca/page-sitemap.xml — a Yoast/WordPress file submitted
in Oct 2019, last read Oct 2025, which has returned 404 since the Netlify migration.
Remove that submission in Search Console; leaving a 404 sitemap submitted only
  generates errors.
