12-month leases. No short-term or vacation rentals.

What's included in the rent?

Rent covers full access to the Coast Canmore Hotel pool, hot tub and gym, the on-site outdoor BBQ area, and the children's playground. Residents pay their own utilities — water, electricity, gas, cable, telephone, and internet. Garbage and recycling are also included.

Is there in-suite laundry?

Yes — full-size washer and dryer in every suite.

Who manages the building?

PEKA Property Management — fully accessible during business hours and via a 24/7 emergency line for after-hours issues.

Are pets allowed?

One pet on approval, maximum 40 lb when fully grown.

Is smoking permitted?

All units are strictly non-smoking.

How do I apply?

Is parking available?

Yes — assigned surface stalls and heated underground stalls are available to rent for an additional monthly fee, subject to availability. Heated underground bike storage and surface bike parking are also available.
